There is one life, one power, one intelligence and it is Spirit. I know Spirit is health, wholeness and wisdom. I know that Spirit does not know health or sickness.
I know that I am one with Spirit. I am whole with Spirit. I know that there is no separate being, Spirit and I are one.
I realize that my physical health is perfect for me right now. I know that my physical being is supporting me in my highest good. I enjoy my health and all that it is.
I am grateful for the truth I speak and know. I am filled with gratitude because Law has done all this for me and more.
I release this to the Law of Mind and so it is.
