The newspaper look from last week was carried through the whole paper: broadsheet page heads, serials, a front-page index, a calendar grid. The home page was turned into a front door with live vitals, events, sports and games rather than a news feed. Five games launched, and Friday went to the MR340 race replay.

- Made the home page a front door: no news on it, just live vitals, events, sports and games; /news/ carries the news. Events gained a ‘Pin to Front Page’ flag.
- Built the MR340 race hub’s stats band (the MR340 is a 340-mile Missouri River paddle race): entered, finished, DNF, DNS, by division, with a map preview that opens the full-screen race map, and two-column year pages.
- Added river-route gauges along the course, a weekly forecast, a shared river chart with a point readout, and share-to-Town-Feed on posts.
- Scheduled eight historic-site pages and nine guides to publish on the first and third Mondays, one live now.
- Front page and /news/ now read the live state-news feed cache when the flag is on; nine fixes were verified live on production and closed.
- Answered the eight open questions holding up the /visit/ guide and applied them: one pair of town coordinates site-wide, corrected bike, restaurant and trailhead details, and festival entries that send readers to /events/ where the date isn’t confirmed.
- Put the sister-paper programme on permanent hold and reset the gap queue: closed and held finds dropped, the 91 open ones renumbered from GAP-001.
- Gave the MR340 race replay a year switcher with each year’s sky and a phone toolbar, plus a track builder that works for any year and a slow, rate-limited fetcher for the years with no tracks on disk.
